Miss & and Mrs. India Queen of Hearts has a basic REGISTRATION FEE of Rs.2000 However, if you do not get selected in the Auditions, only then registration fee amount will be refunded back to you.
All the fees are non-refundable & non-transferable in full or in any part in any circumstances of withdrawal from the contestant's side after selection in the Pageant from our end.
The Finalist fee (grooming & training fee) is non - refundable & non - transferable in full or in part after under any circumstances.
The finalist fee can only be partially refunded if the event got completely canceled or don’t take place within a year of the announced date.
After being selected as a finalist & submitting the finalist fee, the finalist can not quit or back out under any circumstances. In that case , there will also be no refund & actions will be taken against the finalist for Misguiding the organisation.
This refund policy is not only limited to the Registeration fees & finalist fees of MIQH, it also includes advertising fees, application fees, pageant admission tickets, sales fees, guest meal fees, extra event fees, crown and sash fees, special award fees, and any other fees paid to Miss & Mrs India Queen of Hearts by anyone including, but not limited to Contestants, Sponsors, Family Members and Advertisers.All such fees paid to the pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance.
